House of Hope Ministry strives to plant seeds of HOPE to the individuals and families that it reaches. In support of this mission, the following goals provide the blueprint for establishing our foundation and growing to serve more people and meet more needs.

#1) By November 2026, HOH will design a pitch deck that clarifies the ongoing partnership and follow-up tailored to businesses and churches, along with a version for individuals and schools.

#2) By April 2027, HOH will assess community needs in order to better meet the needs of the community while giving clear opportunities for volunteering and community partnerships. This will be a two-part process. First, we will create ways for the communities to give feedback and communicate needs; then we will use that information to clearly lay out programs and volunteer opportunities.

#3) By December 2027, HOH will revamp the website tailored towards meeting the needs of the community.  Our website will include a list of resources, a website request form, trusted businesses/organizations, and mental health resources. We will also be including celebrations, community events, and volunteer opportunities.

#4) By December 2028, HOH will create an organizational structure, including role expectations and succession planning, designed for sustainability. This will allow volunteer and staff positions to be clearly identified, ensuring transitions happen smoothly and effectively.
